APAA (Aaron Pun and Associates) was first found in 1990 by Dr. Aaron Pun in Hong Kong to provide public and private sector organizations with solutions and support in their pursuit of excellence, organization transformation, strategic changes, talent selection, leadership development, culture shift, corporate learning and performance enhancement.

Services were provided through executive coaching, consulting services, joint planning with senior teams, change strategy advice, large group interventions, inspiring conference talks, team development sessions, facilitated seminars, corporate learning and other engaging organization change approaches that fit the client’s culture.

These leading approaches have since then been applied and practiced in Canada, England, China, South Africa and many other countries.
