The helicopter photo is a real scenario picture capturing Dr. Pun in his development of leaders to become executives. This real life situation provided learner executives with the experience of changing perspectives and gaining the full picture when they elevate to higher levels. The debriefing enabled their awareness of their role changes and the  need to have strategic perspectives in making the appropriate decisions.
