Leadership Development, Executive Coaching & Action Learning

The helicopter photo is a real scenario picture capturing Dr. Pun in his development of leaders to become executives. This real life situation provided learner executives with the experience of changing perspectives and gaining the full picture when they elevate to higher levels. The debriefing enabled their awareness of their role changes and the  need to have strategic perspectives in making the appropriate decisions.

Leadership can be learned and discovered through education, experience and exposure. There are a variety of ways to develop leaders. Management educators may choose lecture, experiential activities, mentoring, coaching, cases studies or real time complex issues for leaders development. Action Learning is one of the many ways to develop leadership agility and capability for organisation leaders to handle complex problems and sophisticated issues which do not have obvious solutions.
